Shoes Too big or too small? Not what you were looking for?

Not a problem! Follow our simple 2 step process for returns

Step 1. 
o that your return can be processed efficiently, simply fill out the customer returns from that came with your shoes (or print another copy here)

Step 2. 
Post your shoes along with your complete form to:

As soon as your return arrives, we will process your request of either a;

  • full refund (minus shipping fee if applicable)
  • exchange (if in stock)
  • store credit

​Here at Sole Searching, we strive to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for our customers. We realise that online purchases are not always what you expect when you receive them. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will gladly accept returns up to 30 days from the date of your purchase for items that are unworn and have all original packaging intact.

Returns Policy 

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be returning the item.

You are free to choose a:

  • full refund (minus shipping fee)
  • exchange (if in stock)
  • store credit

* Before posting your return, please complete the attached Customer Returns Form so that your return can be processed efficiently.

Return Guidelines 
All  returned merchandise must meet these guidelines to be eligible for an exchange or refund: 

  •  Any shoes returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. We recommend only trying shoes on in a carpeted area for a very limited time. All merchandise must be unworn.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.
  • Your return should be packaged in a protective bag or box for shipping. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Only apply your shipping label to your protective bag or box and NOT the shoe box. 
  • The return is valid up to 30 days after the purchase date listed on your invoice.

Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please also note that shoes requiring return to Sole Searching remain the responsibility of the customer. As Sole Searching does not take responsibility for a return parcel until it is delivered to us, it is suggested that all items that are sent back must be posted via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited. So we ask that you always post the item back via registered post.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If  approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. *Please note refunds can take up to 14 days to process after goods have been received.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you need to exchange your item for another size or style, please specify the style, size and colour in the attached form or email us at

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For a quick exchange, order the replacement item online and complete the return form for credit on your original order.

If you are not in a hurry to receive the replacement shoes, please complete the return form and send it back with the return and we will process the exchange when it is received at the Sole Searching warehouse.

Postage Charges for reorder
In the case of an exchange, you will not be charged for your first replacement pair. Should you need to replace your shoes more than once, you will be charged for postage for each new delivery.  If shoes are deemed by us to be worn, marked or used, a refund will not be processed and a return shipping fee will be charged.

Once your parcel is received, we will exchange your product to another of your choice or refund you with your original method of payment, excluding delivery.
