How to order
Simply click on the photo of the style you like or click ‘view item’. This will take you to the product page. You then select the size you would like to order, and click ‘add to cart’.
When you have finished your order click on ‘go to checkout’ and follow the instructions on the page.
You will be sent a confirmation e-mail automatically on completion of the transaction.
How to pay
We accept payment via PayPal or direct bank deposit. If you are not a member of PayPal, you can join here at www.paypal.com.au.
With PayPal, you can make payments using all types of credit cards or you can pay directly from your bank account.
Deliveries / shipping
Standard delivery within Australia
You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days from the date of order. Please add:
- $12.00 for shipping and handling within Australia.
- $4.00 for gift voucher only purchases
For your protection all parcels within Australia will be sent via registered mail.

Do you deliver outside Australia?
At this stage, Sole Searching is only able to deliver Australia wide. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to deliver outside Australia or to PO Box addresses.

Sole Searching Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from Sole Searching. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 21 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and other charges.
If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be returning the item.
The following requirements must be met for goods to be refunded or exchanged:
• Goods must be unworn and in original condition. Be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage. Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise. (Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable.)
Goods must be returned in their box

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded
Gift cards are non-refundable
Please fill in the attached Returns form and send it back with your product.
Please note that Sole Searching is not responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for exchange.
Please note that shoes requiring return to Sole Searching remain the responsibility of the customer. As Sole Searching does not take responsibility for a return parcel until it is delivered to us, it is suggested that all items that are sent back must be posted via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited. So we ask that you always post the item back via registered post.
Please do not send via Regular post as it can not be tracked and your purchase may be easily lost.
It is very important that customers email or call through with the registration number as this is the number that will be used for insurance. A registered item is void without it.
You are free to choose a full refund (not available with discount codes/sale items), exchange (if in stock), or a store credit.
Postage Charges for reorder
In the case of an exchange, you will not be charged for your first replacement pair. Should you need to replace your shoes more than once, you will be charged $9.95 for postage for each additional pair.
If shoes are deemed by us to be worn, marked or used, a refund will not be processed and a return shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged.

Please complete and attach the Customer Returns Form thoroughly so that your return can be processed efficiently, with the goods packed securely and return to the following address:

Once your parcel is received, we will exchange your product to another of your choice or refund you with your original method of payment, excluding delivery. (Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded with returns/exchanges).
Please note refunds can take up to 14 days to process after goods have been received.
Sale Items: For sale goods or discount codes, we are unable to offer a refund, however you are welcome to exchange or have a store credit issued to your Sole Searching account, unless otherwise stated in the conditions of sale at time of purchase.

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

What if I didn't get any confirmation emails from Sole Searching?
When your order has been processed, Sole Searching sends a confirmation message to the email address you provided at checkout. It may take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email from Sole Searching.
Conditions of gift certificates
- Certificate can be redeemed for merchandise only and not for cash.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
- Lost, stolen or destroyed certificates will not be refunded in cash or replaced.
- Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
- Gift certificates can be purchased online with $3 postage and handling.
- Gift certificates are in $AUD only.
